If you would like to rent a sailboat or motorboat while visiting Acadia National Park, yet want to “leave the driving” to someone else so that you can enjoy your time with family and friends, consider taking advantage of our Captain Services. This will allow you to relax and take in the sights around you.

U.S.C.G. Captain Robert Wellborn will accompany any boat (power or sail) for 18% of boat rental fee. Narrated trips are from 10:30 to 3:30 and by reservation only. Relax and let Robert take the responsibility of boat damage and navigation problems off your mind. Robert has a 50-ton captain's license with sail endorsement.

Capt. Wellborn has been with us for several years and his trips on the Cal 25 sailboats have been the highlight for many summer vacations.
